You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access the Site by any means other than the interface we provide.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to harvest content or overload our infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any security measure.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person, or to send unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, the layout and design, the Lily's Finds name and logo, and any underlying source code — is owned by Lily's Finds or used under license. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of our content without written permission.

Product images and product names belong to their respective owners (the merchants we link out to). They appear on the Site for editorial curation purposes only.

The heart-reaction feature is a lightweight way to tell us what you like. Please don't abuse it — no bots, no automated clicking, no coordinated campaigns. We may discard reaction counts that we reasonably believe to be artificial.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (AliExpress, Pinterest, and others). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or customer service. Any transaction you conduct with a third party is solely between you and them. Their terms, return policies, and privacy practices apply.

The content on the Site is for general informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and should not be relied on as such. Always use your own judgment.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily's Finds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the total commissions you have earned us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lily's Finds and its operators from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be noted with a banner on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lily's Finds regarding your use of the Site.
